Cicely Rigdon started as a ticket taker in 1957. By 1967, she was Supervisor for Guest Relations and was responsible for the tickets sellers, ticket receptionists and Guest Relations. One of her most important responsibilities was as caretaker of the keys to Walt’s apartment. She transferred to the Ambassador program in 1982, and spent 13 years traveling with Disneyland’s emissaries to the world.
